Build time

beforeBuild reads the history with git log, cat-file and ls-tree
Added files, unchanged renames and whitespace-only edits are left out of the lists
While Markdown compiles, rendered blocks get their source lines and page route

Browser

The diff and marking modules load only when the URL has ?diff=
Marks go on the version the page shows; removed lines appear in place as source
The recent changes page lists the page diffs of each commit
The page history lists the revisions of one page in a drawer; Show on page switches to ?diff=

What gets published

git-diff-data/ becomes static files that anyone can fetch
Only the processed subject line of a commit message is written
Versions older than the since option are not written
